Can I return my item?

Exchanges are both super simple with us and they are FREE!!!!
Just send us an email at info@santasblack.com to receive your return label, and include a note with your name, order number, and the requested size of the replacement t-shirt(s). Once we receive the returned item(s) we will ship the replacement within two to five business days. Please use the address below for any returns or exchanges:

When will my item be shipped?

All orders are shipped within three to five business days via USPS First Class Mail. Please keep in mind that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.


You may experience an order processing delay of one or two business days during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. If a problem occurs that causes issues and delays for shipping your order, we will contact you by email.


Have you placed an order for an upcoming event, and want your order to be shipped ASAP? Shoot us an email, and we will be happy to assist you by making special arrangements for expedited shipping.

How do I track my order:

All of your order information and real-time tracking is sent via email. Be sure you have provided the correct email address in your order so you know when your order is shipped.

What size should I order?

Each type of apparel will have a different fit. Some designs will be printed onto unisex tees, and others will be fitted. This information will be located in the description section for each item. You will also find a size chart located in the photo section for each item. Please look at the measurements carefully to determine the best fit for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please allow up to three to four weeks for your item to arrive. Customs may hold your package for an undetermined amount of time, and this is not in our control once it is out of the United States. You are responsible for any customs fees, so please make a note of this beforehand, and familiarize yourself with your country’s policies on duty fees.

International Tracking: International packages DO NOT automatically have tracking outside of the United States. If your package is delayed, we will not be able to track it for you. If you would like your package to be sent with an international tracking number, please let our team know before you purchase so that we can adjust the shipping price for you. (Packages sent via this method incur a considerably higher cost).

How do I care for my product?

All of our products are machine washable on any cycle. However, to keep the ink looking sharp, it is recommended to wash on a cold cycle and air dry.

To best preserve the graphic on your garment, we recommend washing inside out with like-colors on the cold setting using a mild detergent. Hang or lay flat to dry. You may tumble-dry on a low setting, but please be aware that drying your garment will cause the graphic to fade gradually over time. Just as a black colored garment will fade when dried, so will the graphic on your shirt. Avoid products that contain color-safe bleach, stain lifter, or Oxy Clean. These products contain chemicals that will lift color from your graphic tee, causing it to fade.
